You have 14 days to return your order and receive a refund for the full amount.

 

Exchanges

 

If you want to exchange your order, you will have 14 days to request it.

 

In the case of exchanges and returns, the product must be in perfect condition, its original label attached and in its original packaging. All exchanges and/or returns will only be accepted once it has been verified that the returned garment is in perfect condition.

Shipping costs

For exchanges within the Spanish peninsula, we will bear all the shipping costs of the new product.

For returns, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and the return postage will be at your expense, except when the return is due to the product being damaged.

Steps to follow:

 

To make a return, you must send an email to info@mimilotta.com and send the garment. Once the status of the return has been verified, the full amount of the product will be refunded to the same form of payment with which it was made.

 

To make a change, you must send an email to info@mimilotta.com and send the garment. Once the status of the garment to be exchanged has been verified, the new garment will be sent or if there are no more stocks, the full amount of the product will be refunded to the same form of payment with which it was made.
